My husband and I are trying to come up with a travel plan to go to Europe next summer. We'd like to visit as many countries as possible. We are working to determine the most cost-friendly city in Europe to fly into- and plan to take trains while in Europe. Advice?

Wait to book your tickets, as the best fare sales for summer haven’t yet happened. When the time is right—probably in early April—we’d scan AirfareWatchdog for the best prices for summer flights. To give you an idea of the specials they dig up, they posted a round-trip New York to Copenhagen flight today for just $151, including taxes, but you have to hop on that before April 12. —PB

Have any other travel questions, comments and/or gripes for our editors? Ask, ask, ask.

In a month I'm going on a tour of Italy with my near 70-year old mother. It looks pretty intense. What's the best way to manage exhaustion on a long tour?

Having traveled with my parents a number of times, I can tell you that exhaustion is pretty much guaranteed. But! The best way to battle it is by not trying to do everything. Don’t try to hit every museum, don’t try to see every sight and, hard as it may be, don’t try every flavor of gelato. By slowing down and enjoying the things you do fit in, you’ll have a better trip—and come home on speaking terms, too. Have fun! —PB
